Teams use UtopikAI to ask questions in natural language and get answers grounded in company knowledge — for example, the most common feature request this month, or whether a product capability already exists. Assistants handle that work in interactive chat. Agents run the same kind of knowledge work on their own, on a schedule, or inside a workflow. They are two different entities; each has its own models, knowledge, skills, tools, and prompts. You can attach tools from a catalog of 100+ apps. See Supported Tools. Connectors are optional when you want search and answers grounded in your sources. The pages below are starting points, not a complete list. Mix assistants, agents, tools, workflows, Studio (images, video, audio, and 3D), and tasks to match how your organization works.

Use cases

Multi-feature use cases

These pages show how teams combine assistants, agents, Studio, tools, skills, workflows, and tasks.

How the product maps to these jobs

Start with the built-in assistants and agents in chat (General, Art, Search, and others), then create your own when a team needs something specific.

Security and sample content

Sample documents may already be connected so you can try search and chat. Replace them with your own sources from AdminConnectors. Document processing runs in your UtopikAI deployment. Content is sent outward only for the generative AI call to the LLM you configured. Document-level permission sync is available where your plan includes it. For more on data, access, and getting started, see the FAQ.
