Reporting Overview - UtopikAI Documentation

Reporting helps Workspace administrators understand how the platform is consumed across models, assistants, agents, users, and connected tools. Open Reporting from the left navigation, then choose a report.

Reporting views

Report	What it tracks
LLM Usage	Token and cost usage for language models across chat, assistants, and agents
Embedding Usage	Embedding token and cost usage for knowledge search and connectors
Media Generation Usage	Spend and output quantity for Studio image, video, and audio generation
Tools Usage	How often connected tools and functions are called

Each report supports a date range and a Daily interval. Cost-based reports also include a currency selector.

Who can access reporting

Workspace administrators can open Reporting from the product navigation. If you do not see Reporting, ask a Workspace administrator to confirm your role and permissions.
