# Tools Usage

> View tool and function call volume by agent, assistant, app, and user

**Tools Usage** shows how often connected tools and functions are called across your Workspace.

Open **Reporting** → **Tools Usage**.

## Filters

| Control        | What it does                                      |
| -------------- | ------------------------------------------------- |
| **Interval**   | Set the chart granularity (for example **Daily**) |
| **Date range** | Limit the report to a specific period             |

## Total Calls

The top chart summarizes **Total Calls** for the selected period and shows daily activity over time.

## Breakdown tabs

Use the tabs below the chart to explore usage from different angles:

| Tab            | What you see                                |
| -------------- | ------------------------------------------- |
| **Agents**     | Tool calls attributed to each agent         |
| **Assistants** | Tool calls attributed to each assistant     |
| **Apps**       | Tool calls attributed to each connected app |
| **Functions**  | Tool calls attributed to each function      |
| **Users**      | Tool calls attributed to each user          |

Each card shows the entity name, identifier, call count, and a trend chart. Click the expand icon to view a chart in more detail.
