# Reporting Overview

> Track LLM, embedding, media generation, and tools usage in UtopikAI

**Reporting** helps Workspace administrators understand how the platform is consumed across models, assistants, agents, users, and connected tools. Open **Reporting** from the left navigation, then choose a report.

## Reporting views

| Report                                                          | What it tracks                                                               |
| --------------------------------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **[LLM Usage](/reporting/llm_usage)**                           | Token and cost usage for language models across chat, assistants, and agents |
| **[Embedding Usage](/reporting/embedding_usage)**               | Embedding token and cost usage for knowledge search and connectors           |
| **[Media Generation Usage](/reporting/media_generation_usage)** | Spend and output quantity for Studio image, video, and audio generation      |
| **[Tools Usage](/reporting/tools_usage)**                       | How often connected tools and functions are called                           |

Each report supports a **date range** and a **Daily** interval. Cost-based reports also include a **currency** selector.

## Who can access reporting

Workspace administrators can open **Reporting** from the product navigation. If you do not see **Reporting**, ask a Workspace administrator to confirm your role and permissions.
