## Release summary

UtopikAI 1.9.0 expands Skills catalog administration, adds new model options, improves access controls and knowledge search configuration, and includes multiple UX and stability improvements across the platform.

## New features

* Admins and owners can install skills for themselves or make them available across the workspace.
* Skills Management now supports **Consumer** and **Viewer** roles for more precise access control.
* Skill sharing includes user selection and access controls so teams can control who can use a shared skill.
* Skill content updates now require a new version for better traceability when skills change over time.
* Global and already-installed skills can be added during agent or assistant creation.
* Added new model options, including **Gemini 3.6 Flash**, **GPT 5.6**, **Grok 4.5**, and **Ideogram v4** image generation.

## Improvements

* File connector actions now show view and download options based on the user's access permissions.
* Improved the editing experience for updating names and displayed details.
* Enhanced skills search with additional filters and richer metadata.
